These terms govern use of the My Brightdea website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security.
Informational website
The website describes potential restaurant website, app, ordering, marketing, promotional, and management services. Features, availability, timelines, integrations, and project scope depend on a written agreement.
Free setup and qualification
“Free setup” means no upfront development fee for the services specifically approved in a qualifying restaurant’s written agreement. It does not guarantee acceptance, unlimited work, third-party fees, or services outside the agreed scope. Qualification criteria, availability, and final approval are determined by My Brightdea.
Applications
Submitting an application does not create a client relationship, guarantee qualification, reserve a launch date, or guarantee approval by an app store or third-party provider. A partnership begins only after both parties sign a written agreement.
Third-party services
Restaurant projects may depend on third-party platforms such as hosting, domain, payment, point-of-sale, app-store, email, analytics, or messaging providers. Those services have their own availability, fees, rules, and terms.
Website content
Unless otherwise stated, the My Brightdea name, design, copy, and website content may not be reproduced or presented as your own without permission.
No warranties
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, My Brightdea does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every description will fit every restaurant or technical environment.
